About this role
Andela is hiring a remote Marketing Manager to own client marketing, Voice of the Customer, NPS, advisory-board and advocacy programs that support commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve client marketing strategy and segmented programs that support retention and expansion.
- Design and manage the Client Advisory Board, including membership, cadence, agendas and follow-through.
- Lead Voice of the Customer, NPS and win/loss programs and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Build client testimonials, case studies, awards submissions and advocacy opportunities with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least seven years of B2B marketing experience, including three years in client marketing, customer marketing or customer advocacy.
- Experience managing a client advisory board and Voice of the Customer or NPS programs.
- Experience producing case studies and testimonials and conducting win/loss analysis.
- Strong storytelling, analytical, relationship-building and project-management skills.
