About this role
Support older adults and caregivers through Sailor Health’s remote intake and care-coordination process, providing a warm, clear first point of contact and helping each patient enter care confidently.
Responsibilities
- - Guide patients and caregivers through intake with empathy, clarity and professionalism.
- - Coordinate patient progress through each stage of intake and therapist matching.
- - Maintain accurate records across healthcare, workspace and customer-management systems.
- - Communicate consistently with patients and internal care teams.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Empathetic, clear communication and active-listening skills.
- - Strong organisation and attention to detail across multiple patient journeys.
- - Comfort learning Google Workspace, electronic health records and CRM tools.
- - Interest in mental-health access and compassionate service for older adults.
