About this role
Support Deel’s United Kingdom payroll-compliance operations through regulatory research, escalation support, documentation and country-specific payroll guidance.
Responsibilities
- - Document country-specific payroll requirements and research local payroll-tax laws.
- - Maintain payroll knowledge bases, compliance blueprints and legislative specifications.
- - Investigate client escalations, identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- - Draft compliance documentation and educate product and development teams on payroll requirements.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Degree in Business or Accounting, or an equivalent compliance certification.
- - At least four years of United Kingdom payroll rules and legislation experience.
- - Strong payroll-tax, benefits, pensions and multi-jurisdiction compliance knowledge.
- - Excellent research, analytical, project-management and stakeholder-communication skills.
