About this role
CannonDesign is hiring a Project Specialist II to support the Yellow Brick project team under the direction of the Project Lead. The role supports preparation and facilitation of key healthcare-project activities and may be filled anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide relevant knowledge, experience and expertise to the Yellow Brick core team and clients.
- Identify project risks, recommend solutions and work with the project team to mitigate them.
- Facilitate meetings and workgroups and contribute to project deliverables.
- Track project work, hours and expenses and provide monthly work summaries.
- Conduct research and recommend implementation approaches to leadership.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry expertise and experience preferred.
- Three or more years of industry experience preferred.
- Experience with large healthcare-industry projects preferred.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet.
- Ability to travel up to 75% and occasionally work irregular hours.
