About this role
Datadog is hiring a Recruiter for its Enterprise Sales team. You are the first point of contact for candidates, identifying strong applicants, telling the Datadog story and turning them into employees.
Responsibilities
- Find qualified talent for open roles through sourcing, job posts, referrals and agencies.
- Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open roles.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and streamline interview processes.
- Ensure follow-up and closure for every interviewed candidate.
- Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates.
- Improve the recruitment process by training interview teams.

Qualifications and requirements
- 2 to 5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting, either in-house or in a staffing agency.
- Strong sourcing ability and a sense of where top talent can be found.
- Able to work independently on multiple positions simultaneously.
- Skilled at selling a value proposition, negotiating and closing candidates.
- Comfortable operating with urgency across all stages of the recruiting cycle.
