Social Media Ads Manager (Paid Social)

About this role

The Social Media Ads Manager owns Ruby Labs’ paid-social acquisition channel and scales campaigns against cost and return targets. This full-time remote role covers the European Union, Georgia, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye and Ukraine, with working hours close to Central European Time.

Responsibilities

• - Own Meta paid-social strategy, campaign builds, budgets, bidding and optimisation.
• - Manage spend against cost-per-acquisition and return-on-ad-spend targets.
• - Build the creative-testing roadmap with content and design partners.
• - Run structured tests across creative, audiences, placements and offers.
• - Track performance, attribution and measurement with the growth and data teams.
• - Expand paid social into additional platforms when performance supports it.
• - Coordinate messaging, landing pages and audience strategy across teams.

Qualifications and requirements

• - At least three years managing paid-social campaigns and budgets.
• - Deep hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager.
• - Data-driven decision-making against acquisition and return targets.
• - Strong creative judgement for briefing and improving advertising.
• - Analytical fluency with reporting, attribution and dashboards.
• - Ability to own the channel independently and prioritise high-impact work.
• - Direct-to-consumer, subscription or digital-product experience is preferred.
