Job description
About this role
The Support Operator helps GRID deliver reliable live esports data to tournament organisers, publishers and commercial customers. This remote South America role monitors tournament operations, resolves data issues and communicates with clients across several support channels.
Responsibilities
- - Configure tournament content so GRID can collect and distribute official data.
- - Monitor live esports data feeds for accuracy and uninterrupted delivery.
- - Investigate real-time data discrepancies, delays and feed problems.
- - Escalate unresolved technical issues when required.
- - Support clients through email, Slack, Discord, Telegram and Teams.
- - Log data-quality issues and maintain GRID’s internal knowledge base.
- - Use customer feedback and identified defects to improve GRID products.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Strong customer-first judgement.
- - Interest in competitive games including CS2, Valorant, Dota 2 or PUBG.
- - Understanding of esports tournament formats and rules.
- - Previous customer-facing support experience.
- - Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Discord or Teams.
- - Availability for shifts and weekends when required.
- - Excellent written and spoken English.
