About this role
Talent Acquisition Partner Remote | Individual Contributor | Full-Time About The Global Talent Co. The Global Talent Co. is a remote-first recruitment company connecting high-growth, venture-backed businesses with world-class talent across LatAm, South Africa, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- - Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned client roles: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination through to placement.
- - Use AI tools daily to speed up sourcing, screening, and candidate communication.
- - Build and manage talent pipelines across LatAm and South Africa.
- - Keep the Cost & Salary Calculator and shortlist trackers accurate and up to date.
Qualifications and requirements
- - 2–4 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house), including full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.
- - Daily, fluent use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) as part of your actual workflow — this is a necessity, not a bonus.
- - Comfortable with ATS/CRM tools (e.g. Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) and spreadsheet-based tracking.
- - Fluent written and spoken English.
