About this opportunity
Discovery Health’s KZN Long Term Insurance learnership combines structured study toward an NQF Level 4 qualification with practical workplace experience in client servicing, claims and compliance. The programme is specifically for young people living with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- - Support members and other stakeholders by telephone and approved service channels.
- - Resolve customer queries in line with Discovery’s service principles.
- - Keep up to date with product changes and digital servicing tools.
- - Work toward service-delivery performance measures.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Grade 12 with the employer’s stated minimum results in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy, English and a second language.
- - Be between 18 and 25 years old and be a person living with a disability.
- - Not be engaged in post-Matric studies and not have completed a previous learnership.
- - Have no formal employment experience, except limited part-time or temporary work allowed by the employer.
