About this role
We’re hiring an experienced B2B Account Executive to own the sales process from qualified opportunity through close. You’ll lead discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing while maintaining a healthy pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- - Conduct discovery and qualification calls
- - Understand customer challenges, goals, and buying criteria
- - Deliver compelling product or service presentations and demos
- - Develop proposals and commercial recommendations
- - Handle objections and negotiate pricing and terms
- - Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- - Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- - Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Qualifications and requirements
- - 3+ years of B2B closing experience
- - Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- - Strong discovery, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
- - Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- - Proficiency with CRM platforms
- - Excellent business communication and presentation skills
- - Results-driven and comfortable working against revenue targets
