About this role
VSP Vision is hiring an Account Manager to manage an assigned book of client business and advise on service and operational matters. The role strengthens client relationships, supports retention and growth, and coordinates account implementation, reporting and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- - Build relationships with clients, brokers, consultants and internal business partners.
- - Serve as the primary service contact and support account growth and retention plans.
- - Manage client implementations, contracts, compliance activities and communications.
- - Monitor client issues, coordinate solutions and compile and distribute reports.
Qualifications and requirements
- - A college degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- - At least two years of account-management or client-service experience.
- - Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and project-management skills.
- - Ability to manage concurrent implementations and understand products, services and insurance-platform technologies.
