Responsibilities
- Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.

- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
- Oyster is hiring a senior Content Marketing Lead to set its editorial narrative, thought-leadership direction and original-research programme. The role will build AI-assisted research, brand-voice, fact-checking and content-governance systems; guide executive publishing; connect editorial work to business impact; and coordinate senior stakeholders, freelancers and agencies. It is a high-autonomy individual-contributor role with no direct reports. Applicants need 8+ years in content, editorial or brand journalism, including senior narrative or thought-leadership ownership in B2B technology, plus strong editorial judgment and demonstrated AI-first workflows.
