About this role
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are looking for a versatile and proactive Amazon & Dropshipping Virtual Assistant to assist with managing and scaling our e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for an adaptable professional who can manage day-to-day storefront operations, research winning products, and help build a streamlined dropshipping and Amazon marketplace business.
Responsibilities
- Research trending, high-demand, and low-competition products for Amazon and dropshipping channels.
- Identify and vet reliable dropshipping suppliers and manufacturers.
- Calculate profit margins, shipping costs, and supplier fees to ensure profitability.
- Create, optimize, and upload product listings with accurate titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and product descriptions.
- Perform keyword research to optimize listings for Amazon SEO and web visibility.
- Update product pricing, inventory levels, and product availability across sales channels.
- Process and track daily customer orders with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage supplier communications regarding inventory, delays, or returns.
- Handle customer inquiries, return requests, and order status updates promptly and professionally.
- Monitor store performance metrics, account health, and inventory status.
- Assist with basic marketing tasks, promotions, or PPC campaign tracking as needed.
- Provide regular weekly reporting on sales performance, order counts, and product research updates.
- Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Qualifications and requirements
- Experience: Prior experience supporting Amazon stores (Seller Central) and dropshipping models (Junior to Senior candidates welcome).
- Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with product research and e-commerce tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or store management platforms).
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
