Job description
About this role
The immediate focus is credit-related processing, including dispute packet preparation, bureau follow-up calls, reviewing client account updates, documenting activity, and maintaining organized client records. The client has approximately 100 active and inactive client accounts, detailed SOPs within Notion, historical communication in Slack, and existing training materials. She is looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of loan processing and can become increasingly independent after learning the company's specific workflows.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing dispute packets using established client procedures
- Review client credit information and supporting documentation
- Log into approved client/bureau platforms to review available updates
- Track dispute cycles, follow-up dates, and outstanding actions
- Document completed work and account updates accurately
- Follow established SOPs for recurring credit-processing activities
- Conduct bureau-related calls using approved processes and scripts
- Gather and document relevant information from calls
- Maintain clear notes and updates within client records
- Escalate unusual issues or questions to the client when necessary
- Support routine client follow-up related to required documentation or account progress
- Maintain accurate client information within GoHighLevel
- Use Slack for internal communication and status updates
- Follow and maintain SOPs within Notion
- Organize documentation and ensure assigned client tasks are completed on schedule
- Assist with additional administrative and executive-support responsibilities as the role develops
Qualifications and requirements
- Loan processing, mortgage processing, financial documentation, or similar processing experience is strongly preferred
- Executive assistant or business support experience strongly preferred
- Previous credit repair, credit education, dispute-processing, or related experience strongly preferred
- GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred
- Slack and Notion experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication required
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy required
- Previous hands-on loan processing or credit repair or mortgage support experience
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
- Clear and professional communicator
- Comfortable conducting bureau-related phone calls
- Organized and capable of managing multiple client files
- Able to follow detailed SOPs while becoming increasingly independent
- Comfortable asking appropriate questions during training and applying feedback consistently
