About this role
The Customer Experience Associate helps Ramp customers resolve issues across payments, cards, travel and accounting integrations. This full-time remote United States role combines live customer support with technical investigation, cross-functional escalation and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- - Support customers through live calls, email and chat.
- - Diagnose issues across payments, cards, travel and accounting integrations.
- - Own escalations from initial triage through resolution across internal teams.
- - Use and improve AI-powered customer-experience research and workflow tools.
- - Correct process gaps, standard operating procedures and knowledge-base content.
- - Explain complex financial-product issues clearly and empathetically.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Systems-thinking approach to resolving and preventing customer problems.
- - Demonstrated practical use of AI research or workflow tools.
- - Ability to balance speed, accuracy and thorough execution.
- - Ability to discuss APIs, bank integrations and accounting software.
- - Strong prioritisation across multiple concurrent customer issues.
- - Clear, concise writing and comfort supporting customers by phone.
- - A record of exceeding customer-satisfaction, quality and speed metrics.
