About this role
Oneplan is hiring professional, energetic Customer Service Representatives to support members across its health, gap and pet-insurance products. The full-time role handles inbound enquiries, explains product and policy information, resolves routine customer issues and keeps accurate records so customers receive clear, efficient support.
Responsibilities
- - Handle inbound customer-service enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications and requirements
