About this role

Client Intake and Support Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients. This individual will play a vital role in guiding clients through the intake process, managing communications, coordinating appointments, and ensuring matters move smoothly through our case management system. The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive and professional experience for every client interaction.
- Conduct client intake and gather relevant information.
- Monitor case progress and assist with moving matters through established workflows.
- Update and manage information within the firm's case management software.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their matters continue moving forward.
- Schedule consultations and appointments.
- Answer and screen incoming calls from prospective clients.
Qualifications and requirements
- Experience in client intake, customer service, administrative support, legal support, case management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience using CRM or case management software is preferred.
- Appointment scheduling and high-volume phone communication experience is a plus.
