About this role
Remote Recruitment is hiring a Call Centre Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month.
Responsibilities
- - Answer inbound customer calls during UK business hours
- - Resolve routine queries at first contact and escalate the rest with clear notes
- - Log calls, outcomes and follow-up actions in the CRM
Qualifications and requirements
- - Experience handling inbound calls in a call centre or customer service team
- - Clear, neutral spoken English and confident phone manner
- - Familiarity with a CRM or ticketing system such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or Salesforce
