About this role
Remote Recruitment is hiring a Customer Retention Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month.
Responsibilities
- - Contact at-risk and cancelling customers to understand and resolve issues
- - Negotiate retention offers within agreed commercial limits
- - Run win-back campaigns on lapsed accounts
Qualifications and requirements
- - Experience in retention, account management, customer success or sales
- - Confident negotiating and handling objections
- - Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
