About this role
Position: Call Centre Agent Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: US Hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). This role requires flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, based on business needs. Salary: Paid in South African Rand (ZAR) We're looking for a customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our growing healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- - Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- - Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- - Assist clients with general enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- - Accurately capture and update client information.
- - Coordinate schedules and communicate appointment changes.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Previous call centre experience is essential.
- - Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- - Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- - Strong data capturing and computer skills.
- - High level of attention to detail.
