About this role
EcoVadis is hiring a Customer Success Coordinator driven by sustainability to join its Barcelona team. The employer states the arrangement as hybrid in Barcelona on a full-time contract of employment. Italian and English are both required.
Responsibilities
- Operational management: manage a mix of customer-facing and non-customer-facing operational responsibilities across the account portfolio.
- Direct customer support: deliver platform demonstrations, buyer trainings, back-office support and programme reporting.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: liaise between the customer and other EcoVadis departments including Marketing and Product.
- Process and service improvement: recommend improvements to internal processes and service delivery.
- KPI and performance monitoring: enable customers to monitor their performance and progress against programme metrics.

Qualifications and requirements
- 2+ years of customer support or account management experience with large accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Formal education in a related field such as Supply Chain, Sustainability or Business is highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English — a strict requirement.
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, with a proven ability to summarise complex data.
- High level of organisational skill with the ability to operate autonomously and prioritise well.
