About this role
The Customer Success Manager owns a large portfolio of SOCi customers and drives adoption, retention, expansion and engagement. This remote role is posted for Vancouver, Canada and combines strategic account leadership with cross-functional customer-success execution.
Responsibilities
- - Lead customer accounts and coordinate internal stakeholders.
- - Identify and reduce churn risk across the assigned portfolio.
- - Grow recurring revenue by improving product adoption and expansion.
- - Coordinate customer initiatives across sales, onboarding, support, product, finance and operations.
- - Build trusted-adviser relationships with customers.
- - Analyse lifecycle metrics and deliver onboarding, enablement, adoption and retention programmes.
- - Maintain customer satisfaction and reference readiness.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Verifiable success exceeding sales and customer-success goals.
- - Strong organisation across competing priorities.
- - Combined technical, sales and customer-centric judgement.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- - Experience influencing senior executives.
- - Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication.
- - Experience with SaaS, social-media management or enterprise software.
