About this role
Own the success of a customer portfolio, helping customers achieve business outcomes through Lone Wolf solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build customer success plans and measurable milestones.
- Drive product adoption, monitor account health and lead risk-recovery plans.
- Coordinate Support, Implementation, Product and Sales and support renewal readiness.
Qualifications and requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS success or account-management role.
- Strong consultative, discovery, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing competing priorities across a customer portfolio.
