About this role
EFT Corporation is hiring a full-time Customer Support Agent in Zimbabwe to provide responsive technical and customer support within service-level agreements. The role communicates with customers by phone, email and WhatsApp, manages incidents and support tickets, monitors systems and keeps support information accurate and current.
Responsibilities
- - Provide customer support within applicable service-level agreements.
- - Resolve customer questions by phone, email and WhatsApp.
- - Create, escalate and follow up support tickets.
- - Monitor systems, prioritise incidents and provide status updates.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Customer-care or related qualification is preferred.
- - Three to five years of customer-support or service experience.
- - Strong written and spoken English.
- - Microsoft Office skills and a calm, professional problem-solving approach.
