At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a skilled HubSpot Implementation Specialist to help businesses maximize the value of the HubSpot platform through successful implementations, system optimization, and client enablement. In this role, you’ll lead HubSpot implementations across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub , building scalable CRM solutions, automating business processes, migrating data, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, Developers, and clients to ensure every implementation aligns with business goals and best practices. Responsibilities

• - Configure and optimize HubSpot across:

• - Execute data migrations, including:

• - Develop dashboards, reporting, and campaign structures.
• - Support HubSpot CMS and content deployment initiatives.
• - Deliver projects from onboarding through deployment.
• - Participate in:
• - Discovery
• - Strategic planning
• - Configuration
• - Development
• - Testing
• - Go-live support
• - Ensure every implementation aligns with client goals and delivery standards.
• - Perform quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• - Lead client onboarding and training sessions.
• - Educate clients on HubSpot best practices and platform capabilities.
• - Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions.

Qualifications and requirements

• - Active HubSpot Certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• - Experience with HubSpot CMS.
• - Background in digital marketing or CRM consulting.
• - Experience working in implementation agencies or consulting environments.
• - Knowledge of API integrations and third-party business applications.
