Job description
About this role
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for brokerage customers using Lone Wolf’s Back Office product, mainly by email with phone and chat support.
Responsibilities
- Resolve email, phone and chat support cases and record details in the ticketing system.
- Manage and prioritize case workload, troubleshoot with peers and escalate bugs through Jira.
- Apply product and accounting knowledge to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications and requirements
- 2–3 years of customer-support experience preferred.
- Accounting knowledge and experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom or similar tools are desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; remote-desktop and chat-support experience are assets.
