About this role

The Senior Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager owns 1Password’s scalable customer-success programmes across onboarding, activation, adoption and growth. This full-time remote role is open in the United States and Canada and combines lifecycle strategy, campaign execution, analytics and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• - Design and improve digital customer-success campaigns across lifecycle stages.
• - Build scalable journeys that guide customers to key milestones.
• - Identify customer signals, behaviours, risks and opportunities.
• - Convert product insights into triggered programmes and campaigns.
• - Draft and optimise customer-facing email and journey content.
• - Measure activation, engagement, retention, expansion and churn.
• - Run tests and build dashboards to improve programme performance.
• - Partner across product, success, support, marketing, content and data teams.

Qualifications and requirements

• - At least six years in digital customer success, lifecycle marketing, growth operations or related SaaS work.
• - Demonstrated ownership of lifecycle programmes with measurable impact.
• - Experience creating scalable campaigns and customer journeys.
• - Strong understanding of onboarding, activation, adoption, retention and renewal.
• - Ability to translate product signals into campaign strategy.
• - Strong written and verbal communication.
• - Hands-on experience with customer-success or marketing-automation platforms.
• - Comfort building new programmes in changing environments.
