About this role
Our client is a leading private real estate lending company that provides financing solutions for real estate investors across the United States. As the company continues to grow, they are bringing their digital marketing efforts in-house and are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate or Finance background) to increase qualified lead generation, strengthen brand visibility, and drive measurable business growth through data-driven digital marketing initiatives. As the Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate or Finance background), you will own the execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company's digital marketing strategy across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Execute and continuously optimize digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to increase qualified lead generation and brand visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging best practices to improve execution and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress or a similar content management system.
- Publish blog articles, update website content, and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and lead conversion.
- Execute SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical recommendations, and content planning.
- Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and organic performance while identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with external developers when advanced website updates or enhancements are required.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize lead generation and return on ad spend.
- Monitor budgets, campaign performance, keyword strategy, bidding, and audience targeting.
Qualifications and requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Experience managing multiple digital marketing channels simultaneously.
- Experience supporting lead generation through SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience managing website optimization initiatives using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Experience creating and executing marketing automation and email campaigns.
- Experience in B2B marketing within financial services, investments, or real estate.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy to improve organic search performance.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns while optimizing budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and return on ad spend.
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with WordPress or similar content management systems to manage website content, publish blogs, and optimize landing pages.
