About this role

The Full-Cycle Marketing Generalist will support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, CRM management, customer engagement, and SEO. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands digital marketing fundamentals and is comfortable managing multiple channels simultaneously. The Digital Marketing Specialist will maintain content calendars, execute email campaigns, manage customer information within Zoho CRM, engage with customers across digital channels, support SEO initiatives, and track marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Create, organize, schedule, and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand presence and ensure content is published on time.
• Monitor social channels and engage with followers, customers, and online communities.
• Respond professionally to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen audience engagement and customer relationships.
• Monitor social media performance and provide insights for future improvements.
• Execute email marketing campaigns from planning through deployment.
• Build, schedule, and manage customer email communications.
• Support audience segmentation and targeted email campaigns.
• Maintain organized and accurate email lists and customer information.
• Monitor email performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support ongoing customer engagement through email marketing initiatives.
• Manage and maintain customer information within Zoho CRM.
• Ensure CRM records remain accurate, organized, and up to date.

Qualifications and requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role.
• Experience managing social media content, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Experience executing email marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing customer information and activities within a CRM platform.
• Experience supporting multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience communicating directly with customers through digital channels.
• Experience supporting basic SEO or website optimization initiatives is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or a comparable CRM platform.
• Strong understanding of social media content management, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Experience using email marketing platforms to build, schedule, and monitor campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation workflows.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and website updates.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to monitor digital marketing performance and translate results into practical recommendations.
• Strong customer communication and engagement skills.
