About this role
Who we are We’re a passionate team determined to challenge the status quo and make financial inclusion count for the millions of under-banked individuals and small business owners in Nigeria. We provide loans, savings, and fixed deposit solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities
- - Serve as a key liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring information flows smoothly and priorities are well-coordinated
- - Track high-impact initiatives and business priorities, ensuring follow-through and accountability across departments
- - Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and memos for executive decision-making
- - Facilitate effective meetings by developing agendas, recording and following up on action items, and supporting communication between cross-functional teams
- - Lead special projects and initiatives on behalf of the Executive Office
Qualifications and requirements
- - Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- - Experience working closely with senior leadership or executive teams
- - Strategic thinking and the ability to connect dots across teams and business priorities
- - Strong business writing, presentation, and communication skills
- - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and report development
