About this role

The Workplace Officer runs the day-to-day operational engine behind M-KOPA Nigeria's workplace services, fleet and transport, local travel, warehouse and territory facilities, inventory, vendor coordination, airtime and data administration, and event logistics. You report to the Senior Lead, Workplaces, and keep records accurate, issues resolved, and risks flagged before they become problems.

Responsibilities

• - Manage day-to-day fleet administration, including documentation, permits, insurance, claims, fuel cards, and reconciliations.
• - Run facilities operations across the warehouse and territory locations, coordinating cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and vendor follow-up.
• - Coordinate local travel and accommodation, keeping arrangements accurate and within approved budgets.
• - Own inventory management for workplace and warehouse supplies, including stock checks and discrepancy investigations.
• - Manage vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups with Procurement and Finance.

Qualifications and requirements

• - Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• - 3-5 years' relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, administration, logistics, or office management.
• - Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple operational workstreams across internal teams and external vendors, ideally spanning fleet, facilities, travel, inventory, and events.
