Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist – QuickBooks, Reconciliations & Reporting Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist to manage financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and transaction tracking across multiple entities.
Responsibilities
- - Maintain and reconcile financial records across multiple entities
- - Ensure transactions are accurately recorded and categorized
- - Review financial data and proactively resolve discrepancies
- - Maintain clean and reliable accounting records
- - Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
Qualifications and requirements
- - Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations
- - Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- - Strong Google Sheets skills, including formulas and complex financial trackers
- - Experience performing financial reconciliations
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
