About this role
Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring a Fleet Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. Role overview You'll keep a UK vehicle fleet legal, serviced and on the road — tracking MOTs, servicing, insurance and driver records so nothing expires unnoticed.
Responsibilities
- - Maintain vehicle records including MOT, service, tax and insurance dates
- - Schedule servicing, repairs and inspections with garages
- - Track driver licences, checks and training renewals
- - Process fuel card, toll and congestion charge administration
- - Log incidents and support insurance claim paperwork
Qualifications and requirements
- - Experience with fleet, vehicle or compliance-heavy administration
- - Diary and renewal tracking discipline across many moving dates
- - Confident in Excel or Google Sheets for cost and status reporting
- - Comfortable liaising with garages, drivers and suppliers
- - Accurate record-keeping under audit conditions
