About this role
Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring an Inventory Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. Role overview You'll keep stock records honest for a UK business — booking goods in and out, investigating variances, and making sure the number on the system matches the number on the shelf.
Responsibilities
- - Record goods received and dispatched against purchase and sales orders
- - Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with the warehouse team
- - Maintain product records, codes and units of measure
- - Prepare stock reports and support cycle counts
- - Flag low stock and slow-moving lines to the buying team
Qualifications and requirements
- - Experience with stock, inventory or order administration
- - Confident in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups and filters
- - Familiarity with an ERP or stock system such as Unleashed, Cin7 or Sage
- - Methodical approach to reconciling numbers that do not agree
- - Reliable, consistent data entry under volume
