About this role
Own and administer Gainsight CS for Lone Wolf’s Customer Success organization, building scalable workflows, automation, reporting and customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Configure Gainsight objects, scorecards, CTAs, playbooks, Success Plans, dashboards and automation.
- Build Journey Orchestrator programs, Rules Engine logic and customer-health signals.
- Partner with system owners on integrations, governance, documentation and user enablement.
Qualifications and requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Gainsight administration in production.
- Demonstrated Gainsight implementation experience and deep Journey Orchestrator knowledge.
- Salesforce/CRM data-model experience plus strong troubleshooting and analytics skills.
