Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROAS
- Develop and execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable performance reports
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize spend efficiency and results
Qualifications and requirements
- Experience with advanced Meta Ads features (Advantage+, Conversion API, retargeting funnels)
- Experience with Google Ads formats beyond Search (Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
- Familiarity with tracking/attribution tools and pixel/conversion setup
