About this role
IDP Education Nigeria is hiring a full-time IELTS Customer Service Officer to support test candidates throughout registration, booking and test administration. The role responds across phone, email and chat, provides accurate policy information, updates candidate records and helps coordinate booking changes while protecting candidate privacy.
Responsibilities
- - Handle inbound and outbound communications from IELTS test candidates promptly and professionally, providing clear and accurate information on registration, test dates, procedures, and policies.
- - Process candidate enquiries through various channels including phone, email, and online chat, ensuring high service quality and adherence to data privacy regulations.
- - Support the coordination of test bookings and modifications while maintaining up-to-date records in the IELTS administration systems.
- - Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to resolve complex candidate issues and escalate where necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- - Customer-service experience, preferably in education or testing.
- - Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- - Strong organisation, attention to detail and computer skills.
