About this role
Inforcer is hiring a Junior Partner Success Manager based in Cerritos, California. The role supports the company's managed service provider partners, helping them get value from the platform and grow their usage over time.
Responsibilities
- Support a portfolio of partner accounts through onboarding and ongoing adoption of the platform.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for partner questions and requests.
- Work with internal teams to resolve partner issues and escalate where needed.
- Track partner health and usage, and flag accounts that need attention.
