About this role
The Marketing Strategy Coordinator, Growth (Agency Liaison) will be responsible for executing and continuously improving the firm's digital marketing efforts across website management, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, content, social media, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Execute and continuously improve digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Identify opportunities to increase qualified B2B deal flow and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Test new approaches and continuously refine digital marketing initiatives based on results.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and relevant financial services marketing practices.
- Manage and maintain the firm's website using WordPress or a similar CMS.
- Publish press releases, portfolio acquisitions, team updates, thought leadership, and other corporate content.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, navigation, and user experience to improve stakeholder engagement.
- Support ongoing website SEO and content optimization.
- Coordinate with external developers when larger website updates or technical projects are required.
- Execute SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content recommendations.
- Develop SEO strategies tailored to B2B and private equity audiences.
- Manage the firm's news content and broader content calendar.
Qualifications and requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
- Experience independently managing multiple digital marketing channels.
- Experience supporting B2B lead generation or deal sourcing through SEO, paid advertising, content, and email marketing.
- Experience managing website optimization initiatives.
- Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns and marketing automations.
- Experience working with private equity, venture capital, investment banking, financial services, or M&A-related organizations is highly preferred.
- The candidate must deeply understand the B2C e-commerce space. Healthcare/telehealth experience is a nice bonus, but strong B2C e-commerce experience is absolutely mandatory.
- Strong understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and organic performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of targeted B2B paid advertising and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Ability to manage websites through WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, DealCloud, or similar systems.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills with the ability to maintain a professional corporate tone.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
