About this role
Summary: At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Property Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties. This is a fast-paced, coordination-focused role where you’ll manage maintenance requests, schedule vendors, track work orders, and ensure timely resolution of repairs. - - Receive, prioritize, and manage maintenance requests.
- - Create and track work orders using property management systems.
- - Monitor requests from intake through completion.
- - Prioritize urgent maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- - Schedule vendors, contractors, and technicians for repairs and inspections.
Qualifications and requirements
- - 2+ years of experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or facilities operations.
- - Experience using Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar property management software.
- - Experience coordinating vendors and managing work orders.
- - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
