About this role
We are hiring a Candidate Engagement Specialist for a fast-growing U.S.-based company operating in the workforce engagement space. This is a full-time remote role designed for someone who is highly articulate, confident on camera, and experienced in structured, high-quality candidate and client-facing conversations. Responsibilities
- Conduct structured live conversations with individuals via video and/or phone
- Guide interactions using predefined frameworks while maintaining natural flow and rapport
- Ensure every conversation is handled with professionalism, clarity, and consistency
- Ask structured questions to understand background, experience, and alignment
- Capture detailed and accurate notes in internal systems (ATS or CRM)
Qualifications and requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition, training, onboarding, or customer experience roles
- Exposure to CRM or structured workflow tools
- & Tools:
- Phone / VoIP calling systems
- Zoom (or similar video conferencing tools)
