About this role
Support and maintain GitLab’s revenue-technology stack, translating go-to-market needs into reliable workflows, integrations, reporting and self-service documentation.
Responsibilities
- - Support the technical roadmap, provisioning, user support and maintenance across the revenue tool stack.
- - Identify gaps in processes, integrations and automations and assist with practical improvements.
- - Coordinate vendors, renewals and tool reviews with IT, Privacy, Legal and Finance.
- - Build reporting, dashboards and troubleshooting documentation for revenue teams.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, systems administration or analytics.
- - Hands-on experience with at least two revenue tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo or Gainsight.
- - Understanding of integrations, automation, permissions and data-management concepts.
- - Strong analytical problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
