Sales Manager (B2B Sales, Team Leadership & Revenue Growth) Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours Location: Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico (LATAM) About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing B2B sales team.
Responsibilities
- - Lead and coach a team of SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives.
- - Set performance goals, KPIs, and activity benchmarks.
- - Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- - Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- - Coach team members on sales techniques, messaging, and objection handling.
Qualifications and requirements
- - 3+ years of experience in sales management or business development leadership.
- - Proven success leading B2B sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- - Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle.
- - Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- - Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and analytical skills.
