About this role
The Senior Business Development Manager leads DuckDuckGo’s most complex product partnerships across search, Duck.ai and subscription products. This full-time remote role is limited to candidates located in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
- - Source, negotiate and scale high-impact product partnerships.
- - Develop strategy and new partnership playbooks for first-of-their-kind deals.
- - Structure partnership economics, product value and commercial terms.
- - Work with Product, Engineering, Legal and Finance to launch partnerships.
- - Manage a portfolio of competing and complementary strategic partners.
- - Identify new distribution and product-enhancement opportunities for AI and search services.
Qualifications and requirements
- - At least ten years in business development, partnerships or strategic partnerships.
- - At least two years leading cross-functional partnership projects.
- - Consumer internet or user-facing software experience.
- - Understanding of the AI and large-language-model ecosystem.
- - Experience leading technically complex product partnerships from opportunity through close.
- - Ability to build financial models and pressure-test deal structures.
- - Location in the United States or Canada.
