About this role
The Senior Content Marketer runs Discovered Labs’ day-to-day content operation across founder profiles and partner-produced media. This full-time international remote role owns content from topic selection through publication and uses performance data to guide future editorial decisions.
Responsibilities
- - Select topics and develop founder content for LinkedIn and YouTube.
- - Take content from early ideas to publish-ready quality and scheduling.
- - Brief and coordinate agencies, editors and other production partners.
- - Repurpose long-form material into platform-native written and video formats.
- - Improve internal tools for topic selection, drafting, analytics and quality checks.
- - Use engagement, qualified attention and booked meetings to guide editorial choices.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Deep understanding of social-content hooks, retention and platform-native formats.
- - A portfolio of personally published work with clear contribution details.
- - Evidence of editing, ghostwriting or shaping another person’s voice.
- - Experience operating recurring content across contributors, partners or channels.
- - Practical integration of AI into creative and production workflows.
- - Excellent written English and meaningful overlap with GMT working hours.
