About this role
Own the operational processes, reporting and programmes that help GitLab’s Customer Success organisation operate effectively at scale across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- - Own Customer Success operating cadences, renewal reviews, health reporting and book-of-business management.
- - Translate business questions into process, reporting or systems improvements.
- - Partner with Revenue Technology and Analytics to improve data and tools used by customer-success teams.
- - Support planning for capacity, segmentation, territories, coverage and targets.
Qualifications and requirements
- - At least four years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, consulting, strategy or similar analytical work.
- - Strong structured problem-solving and ability to move ambiguous work to execution.
- - Systems thinking and experience improving scaled go-to-market operations.
- - Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence across leadership and operational teams.
