About this role

As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day social media presence of 7–8 distinct brands, primarily across Instagram and Facebook, with occasional TikTok management. This is a hands-on execution role focused on content curation, visual storytelling, asset editing, community engagement, and brand growth. You will leverage existing photography and video libraries, source high-quality stock content when appropriate, and transform assets into polished posts and engaging reels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media activity for 7–8 distinct brands across Instagram and Facebook, with occasional TikTok management.
• Maintain a unique voice, aesthetic, and positioning for each individual brand.
• Curate visually cohesive social feeds that reflect each brand’s identity and target audience.
• Balance multiple content needs and priorities while maintaining consistency across all accounts.
• Create aesthetically driven, brand-aligned social media content using existing photo and video libraries.
• Source high-quality stock photography and video assets when additional content is needed.
• Edit existing photos and videos into polished social media posts and reels.
• Transform static imagery into dynamic and engaging short-form video content.
• Ensure creative assets feel intentional, elevated, and appropriate for each individual brand.
• Leverage AI tools to support content creation, editing, ideation, and optimization.
• Monitor brand accounts daily and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with relevant accounts, influencers, and online communities to increase brand reach and visibility.

Qualifications and requirements

• 3–5 years of professional social media management experience.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands simultaneously.
• Experience creating, curating, and publishing visually driven social media content.
• Experience in real estate or hospitality is a strong plus.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook, with the ability to support TikTok content when required.
• Has strong hands-on editing capabilities using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe, or similar creative applications.
• Can transform static photography and existing visual assets into engaging reels and other short-form video formats.
• Has experience sourcing and curating high-quality stock imagery that complements established brand aesthetics.
• Demonstrates strong aesthetic judgment and can maintain distinct visual identities across multiple brands.
• Is comfortable leveraging AI tools to support content creation, editing, ideation, and performance optimization.
• Has strong written communication skills for creating brand-appropriate copy and engaging with online communities.
• Can manage multiple brands, publishing needs, and creative priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
