Responsibilities

• Social Media Content Creation & Management
• Create engaging social media content aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and audience needs.
• Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest .
• Adapt content, messaging, formats, and creative approaches based on platform-specific best practices and audience behavior.
• Write compelling captions and social copy appropriate for different platforms and audiences.

Qualifications and requirements

• Experience
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Experience working within a B2B marketing environment , with agency experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms and content calendars simultaneously.
• Proven experience creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging social media content.
• Scale Army is recruiting a Social Media Specialist to create, schedule and publish B2B content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest, manage content calendars and use channel performance data to improve execution.
