About this role
Guide Wiz’s largest customers through cloud-security deployment, adoption and value realization as their primary technical advisor and bridge to Product, Engineering, Sales and Support.
Responsibilities
- - Lead deployment, configuration and operationalization of Wiz using cloud-security best practices.
- - Resolve technical issues and guide strategic customers through adoption and success plans.
- - Track business outcomes, risks, satisfaction, renewals and executive communications.
- - Represent customer needs internally and support technical-account-management improvements.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- - Eight years in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products.
- - Experience with at least two major cloud platforms and technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- - Strong DevOps, operating-system security, troubleshooting and executive communication skills.
