Job description
About this role
Serve as a strategic partner for Cloudbeds’ largest hospitality customers across Oceania and Asia-Pacific, improving adoption, retention, operational performance and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- - Manage a portfolio of complex hotel customers as primary contact and strategic advisor.
- - Lead business reviews, identify expansion opportunities and reduce churn risk.
- - Resolve escalations with Support, Sales and Product and analyse product-usage trends.
- - Visit customer properties and translate feedback into platform and service improvements.
Qualifications and requirements
- - At least seven years of hospitality experience in senior operational or commercial roles.
- - Advanced hotel operations, revenue management, distribution, pricing and PMS knowledge.
- - Deep experience with the Oceania hospitality market and high-value customer relationships.
- - Executive communication, portfolio-management and technology-learning capability.
